Sander is a Senior Solution Software Engineer at PostNL, where he builds frontend tooling and recently survived a monorepo migration with an AI copilot riding shotgun. Trained as a visual designer before switching to code, he cares as much about how things look as how they work. His talks are story-driven and tool-agnostic by design: whatever your stack, you walk out with something you can use. He believes honest failure stories teach more than polished demos.

During a large code migration at PostNL, I watched AI go from something I used for individual tasks to something I depended on to move the work forward.
