FAQ

When do I get confirmation or receive my ticket?
As long as Pre-Registration is possible, we still have enough capacity to invite everyone. We are going to send out tickets a few days before the event. You should receive a copy of your Pre-Registration, but in case you cannot find it, feel free to sign up again. In case we reach max capacity, the Pre-Registration form will be taken offline, and we will launch a form to join the Wait List.

Why don’t you rename Pre-Registration to Registration?
Previous years we asked to Pre-Register and to Register. If we now rename it we may confuse people to sign up again. Pre-registration is enough this year.

Public Transport
Go to Utrecht Central Station and exit “Jaarbeurs Boulevard” and follow the signs to Jaarbeurs/Kinepolis. You’ll find the event on your left.

Parking
We encourage everyone to use public transport or P+R Westraven, P+R Berlijnplein Leidsche Rijn, P+R Science Park Utrecht Uithof, P+R Papendorp, P+R Breukelen, P+R Galgenwaard. If you’re driving, we recommend parking in P4, P6, or P2 (in that order). Enter through ‘Entree West,’ walk through the hall, and continue to ‘Entree East,’ where you’ll find Kinepolis on your right. Discounted day parking tickets are available at the Kinepolis shop (bring & show your original ticket). (Parking at Croeselaan Parking has no discount, and is very expensive!)
