While studying Psychology in Sofia University a sort of serendipity led to my first job in the IT industry as Technical Support. From then on I expanded my knowledge in technologies such as scripting, DB administration, programming as well as areas like release and deployment, change management, service portfolio management, knowledge management, project and team management.
My motivation to grow has always been governed by the aspiration to fix problems. Initially, I focused on the purely technical means for that but soon I realized that the most complex issues were not really technical. I learned that things like better collaboration between people and teams, improved documentation, a change in the process could fix and even prevent a great deal more. Plus, my Psychology degree finally came to good use :)
